About the role
- Beneva infrastructure architecture consultant automating technology foundations, cloud platforms, and self-remediation. Guiding governance, innovation, and automated infrastructure performance.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain an integrated vision of the directions, risks, practices, and strategies related to the automation of technology foundations.
- Harmonize platform management practices and support the achievement of technology and strategic objectives.
- Lead automation, hyperautomation, and self-remediation initiatives, along with the associated governance.
- Support teams in innovation, continuous improvement, and the evolution of working methods.
- Develop and communicate an integrated target vision for technology directions related to IT foundations.
- Communicate the targets, directions, and guidelines required for technology watch and monitoring.
- Influence strategic IT directions through leadership and proactivity.
- Provide ongoing technical leadership and act as a coach, resource person, and escalation point for teams.
- Support all IT teams in their technology transformation through automation.
- Conduct positioning, feasibility, and high-level assessment studies for innovative solutions, particularly Infrastructure as Code.
- Analyze the business requirements of automation products and recommend optimal operating strategies.
- Advise on and participate in specialized studies, taking into account security, infrastructure type, and disaster recovery measures.
- Define, communicate, facilitate the adoption of, and implement automation and self-remediation governance.
- Propose and deploy performance indicators for automated infrastructure services.
- Collaborate with architecture advisors on the acquisition of equipment, software, and service contracts.
- Participate in planning and preparing the IT asset maintenance program and managing the associated risks.
- Contribute to the planning and budget monitoring of the IT maintenance program.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology, including at least 5 years as an architecture consultant specializing in infrastructure automation (Windows and Linux servers, security, on-premises environments, cloud environments such as AWS, etc.).
- Possess extensive knowledge of automation, hyperautomation, and self-remediation concepts, including the consideration of artificial intelligence in their application.
- Possess extensive knowledge of technology infrastructures, including hardware and software.
- Possess strong knowledge of the technologies and infrastructures supporting web environments, middleware, and other technology solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
- Intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
