About the role

  • ABM Manager driving personalized account-based campaigns for Benevity’s social-impact technology platform. Translating sales plans into multi-channel programs that generate pipeline and deepen enterprise account engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive 1:1 and 1:few account-based marketing programs for high-value target accounts
  • Design and execute tailored 1:1 account campaigns with customized assets, landing pages, direct mail, and outreach sequences
  • Run quarterly 1:few multi-channel programs targeting key buyer personas across priority market segments
  • Leverage AI tools such as Claude to scale personalized outreach
  • Partner with Account Executives on joint account selection and prioritization
  • Build outbound sequences in HubSpot and route engaged contacts to BDRs
  • Track account-level engagement and alert BDRs to funnel movement
  • Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Events, and Marketing Operations
  • Co-create targeted event strategies for tradeshows, Benevity's flagship conference, and custom gatherings
  • Monitor performance metrics, pipeline generation, and account penetration
  • Present quarterly insights to sales leadership
  • Continuously A/B test messaging, channels, and sequence designs

Requirements

  • Proven experience executing multi-channel ABM programs, ideally within Enterprise SaaS or B2B software environments
  • Strong capability to translate strategic sales account plans into actionable, high-impact marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaborate across Content, Product Marketing, and Events
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Experience with or interest in Clay and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Ability to measure account engagement, pipeline metrics, and campaign ROI
  • Collaborative communication skills and ability to align sales and marketing teams
  • Adaptability, creative problem-solving skills, and curiosity to explore automation tools and personalized strategies
  • Enthusiasm for inclusion, collaboration, and positive social impact through technology-enabled solutions
