Analyze system logs and ticket trends to provide actionable insights. You’ll identify bottlenecks in our infrastructure and propose long-term architectural improvements.
Partner with the Security team to enforce Zero Trust principles, manage lifecycle automation, and ensure our SaaS sprawl is governed and cost-effective.
Participate in the evaluation of new SaaS products and manage technical relationships with existing infrastructure vendors to ensure we are maximizing our ROI.
