About the role
- Senior FP&A Analyst supporting budgets, forecasts, and strategic decisions at Behaviour Interactive, an independent video game studio. Building financial models and analyzing performance across gaming operations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with operational teams to build, monitor, and improve budgets, forecasts, and financial performance indicators
- Analyze monthly and quarterly results, identify key variances, and provide recommendations to support business decisions
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess risks, opportunities, and future business performance
- Monitor and evaluate financial and operational KPIs to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to support planning, investment, and resource allocation decisions
- Leverage multiple data sources to identify trends, drive performance improvements, and support strategic initiatives, including acquisitions and integrations
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with large datasets, databases, and financial models
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement structures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both French and English
