Technical Sales Representative demonstrating Blackline Safety’s worker-safety technology during customer evaluations. Configuring solutions, supporting field tests, and training prospective customers throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
Support the evaluation of Blackline’s products and services during the customer buying cycle
Strategically structure and prepare field testing scope of work to showcase Blackline's solutions and provide results
Train potential customers on the Blackline product line and web portal solutions
Configure web-based account settings for optimal performance based on customer requirements
Schedule feedback sessions with potential customers, listen to their needs and adjust the solutions as required
Prepare reports and summaries for customers that underline the performance of products and services
Interface with the Technical Sales Coordinator on demo device shipments
Provide technical support on sales demo devices used for field testing
Own the end-to-end customer evaluation process during the sales cycle
Work closely with Sales Managers and distribution partners to provide customers with the best possible experience
Requirements
Post-Secondary diploma, degree or technician certification
Previous sales experience with project management
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
Excellent time management and organization skills
Ability to successfully multitask across up to 30 projects and shift priorities in a dynamic environment
Comfortable with technology including GPS, GSM, and web applications
Ability to learn the Blackline product line quickly
Ability to process and analyze data from various sources and explain it simply
Ability to maintain a sense of calm in high-pressure situations
Fluency in Portuguese is an asset, not a requirement
