About the role
- Active Directory Analyst managing accounts, permissions, and ServiceNow provisioning for Blue Mantis. Supporting clients and technical teams across IT modernization, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Provision and manage Active Directory accounts and application access
- Assist clients with account setup, security permissions, and access management
- Liaise with infrastructure and application teams on access provisioning
- Process and maintain ServiceNow requests for security provisioning
- Develop, maintain, and deliver Active Directory administration processes and documentation
- Provide technical support during migration projects
- Coordinate changes with support teams under established change management processes
- Handle service desk requests, fulfill work requests, and resolve technical issues
- Communicate with clients, partners, and service teams via email and phone
- Assist with special projects and organizational IT initiatives
- Manage the ticket lifecycle and track technical requirements
- Train and guide users on software applications and system access best practices
Requirements
- Experience in Active Directory administration and identity/access management
- PowerShell scripting familiarity, including writing or running scripts
- Excel experience with VLOOKUPS, XLOOKUPS, and PIVOT TABLES
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Strong understanding of security policies, access controls, and compliance best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot account and access issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
- Experience with change management and documentation processes
