About the role
- Senior Cold Outbound Specialist responsible for managing high-volume cold outreach campaigns using various email platforms. Focused on deliverability and campaign performance within a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize email deliverability (open/click/reply rates)
- Warm up and manage multiple domains, inboxes, and sending infrastructure
- Identify and troubleshoot deliverability issues (e.g., spam flags, blacklists)
- Work across email platforms such as Smartlead, Quickmail, Instantly, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.
- Evaluate and integrate AI or automation tools to enhance outreach efficiency
- Support internal teams with campaign diagnostics and performance reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, ideally focused on cold outbound
- Proven track record managing massive-scale email campaigns (10k–20k/day)
- Advanced knowledge of email infrastructure, domain warming, and DNS config
- Skilled in technical troubleshooting, analytics, and optimizing email metrics
- Experience working with a wide range of email platforms such as Smartlead, Quickmail, Instantly, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.
- Familiarity with inbox rotation, subdomains, and reply routing systems
- Strong understanding of AI-driven tools and automation workflows used to improve outreach efficiency, personalization, and deliverability at scale
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently.
