About the role

  • Logistics Specialist supporting BMO’s virtual banking logistics and technology operations. Managing assets, invoices, software licenses, hardware, procedures, and employee onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support services and clerical tasks to Virtual Connect Logistics
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate business objectives in accordance with policies, processes, and controls
  • Troubleshoot and resolve routine problems; escalate non-routine problems
  • Support change management execution and sustainment activities
  • Address infractions of policies or regulations
  • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases
  • Resolve or escalate invoice discrepancies according to accounts payable policies and vendor agreements
  • Coordinate and process equipment warranty, maintenance, and repair work orders
  • Manage assets, including the annual audit
  • Procure non-standard software and track licenses
  • Manage employee hardware returns
  • Manage inventory
  • Update departmental procedures for manager approval and maintain SharePoint information
  • Administer Verint Call Recording and Amazon Connect, including call pulling and scrubbing
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding Virtual Connect employees for telephony and technology requirements
  • Complete complex and diverse tasks within established rules and handle escalations

Requirements

  • Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience and/or certification in a related field of study desirable, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the business unit’s key products and services, processes, and controls
  • Ability to manage, track and prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Good understanding of the business unit’s risk and regulatory requirements
  • Good knowledge of office equipment, including computer hardware/peripherals and VDIs
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of routine procedures and/or processes of the work team
  • Strong experience with transactional documentation types, workflow priorities, and processing deadlines
  • Specialized knowledge
