Logistics Specialist supporting BMO’s virtual banking logistics and technology operations. Managing assets, invoices, software licenses, hardware, procedures, and employee onboarding.
About the role
- Logistics Specialist managing warehouse inventory, shipments, ERP/AS400 transactions, and KPI reporting. Supporting Fox Group Canada’s retail brands and logistics operations on-site.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving and movements
- Work with and monitor 3PL/logistics providers
- Manage inventory transactions in AS400
- Monitor inventory and resolve discrepancies
- Track shipments and follow up on issues
- Support stocktaking and inventory reconciliation
- Prepare logistics and inventory reports
- Communicate with stores, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams
- Support daily logistics and AS400 operations
- Help improve logistics and inventory processes
- Prepare Excel reports and track key logistics and fulfillment KPIs
- Report directly to the Logistics Manager
- Support multiple brands across the Group
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, inventory, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Experience in retail or distribution is preferred
- Experience with ERP / WMS systems is strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Experience in the Canadian market
- Hebrew-language AS400 experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Daily on-site attendance is required
