About the role

  • Customer Experience Specialist managing customer orders, quotes, warranties, and delivery coordination for BRC. Supporting Operations, Sales, dealers, and production teams in a hybrid workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all stages of the order lifecycle from beginning to end
  • Develop and maintain open communication with customers, dealers, and sales staff
  • Enter customer purchase orders into the 2020 system accurately
  • Coordinate all assigned orders efficiently
  • Notify customers, dealers, and sales representatives about order issues and provide workable solutions
  • Collaborate with the production team to expedite orders and accommodate special delivery requests
  • Provide prompt and accurate freight quotes
  • Assist with order corrections and sample requests
  • Assist customers with warranty requests
  • Support Operations, Sales, and customers through administrative and other assigned duties
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of BRC products and processes

Requirements

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and problem solve
  • Experience in Customer Service and Order Coordination
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Experience reading and interpreting architectural plans, specifications, and elevations
  • One to two years of related work experience in commercial office furniture, architecture and interior design, commercial real estate, or construction
  • Professional selling skills and business acumen
  • Excellent customer service, project coordination, and negotiating skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good collaborative and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use desktop computers and peripherals
  • Ability to use hand tools for prototyping and/or building, if required
