Junior Project Manager coordinating large dealer projects from orders through installation for BRC. Managing plans, stakeholders, site visits, and project delivery across Canada and the USA.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans for high-level and critical jobs with dealer partners
Coordinate relevant departments and ensure alignment on timelines and execution
Ensure accurate and comprehensive internal and external project communication
Collect and analyze data from large projects to enhance Customer Experience
Manage large projects and accounts at the order stage for government and private businesses in Canadian and/or USA markets
Manage projects from order placement through installation across North America
Provide insights, guidance, and timely updates to large dealer partners
Conduct site visits and review on-site concerns in Canada and the USA
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Track progress and continually update project plans
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Develop creative solutions, project proposals, and BID packages with the BRC Sales Team, dealers, and outside designers
Lead collaborative teams of engineering, design, and sales stakeholders to ensure project success
Requirements
Degree, Diploma, or Certificate from a post-secondary institution, preferably in business, interior design, architecture, or a related field
PMP certification is an asset
1-3 years of relevant Project Management Experience
Ability to create detailed project schedules, define scope, milestones, and deliverables, and adjust plans as needed
Ability to lead and facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors
Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues
Ability to track project performance using key metrics and prepare status updates
Ability to think critically and strategically
Ability to achieve results and make correct decisions
Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a changing environment
Ability to meet internal and external stakeholder expectations
