About the role
- Delivery Project Manager leading technical implementations for Buildots’ AI construction intelligence platform. Managing North American projects, stakeholders, system stability, and delivery optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead North American projects from kickoff through full go-live
- Manage delivery timelines and ensure high-quality, on-time implementations
- Oversee system setup, client requests, and overall system stability
- Serve as primary point of contact for Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Sales
- Build stakeholder relationships, maintain transparency, and align delivery with client needs
- Identify risks, recurring issues, and client concerns; escalate and resolve bottlenecks
- Track and report KPIs measuring delivery success and project health
- Conduct post-project reviews, analyze results, identify trends, and optimize delivery workflows
- Improve efficiency, scalability, and overall client experience
Requirements
- Based in the U.S. or Canada Eastern or Central Time Zone
- 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, technical projects in fast-paced, global technology environments
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in project management tools; Jira preferred
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and designing automated workflows
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to navigate complex systems, drill down into details, and apply structured problem-solving
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to extract, interpret, and apply data
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
- Proactive, self-starting attitude and passion for continuous improvement
