About the role

Compliance and analytics specialist managing invoices, audits, EHS records, and facility compliance. Supporting Cardinal Health’s Canadian healthcare supply chain across Mississauga and Vaughan.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of supplier invoices, including processing, reconciliation, adjustments, and analysis
Create, schedule, and review month-end reports
Communicate with vendors regarding invoice inquiries and requests for quotations
Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize vendor spend
Partner with Accounts Payable, Finance, and suppliers to investigate and resolve complex issues
Lead and coordinate self-inspections related to critical training requirements and SOP compliance
Support environmental data collection and reporting in Intelex and Salesforce
Maintain site access cards and credentials and support building-security activities
Support Operational and EHS inspections and audits, ensuring compliance requirements and corrective actions are completed on time
Manage employee training requirements and maintain SOPs and work instructions in Veeva Vault and My Learning
Partner with EHS to maintain audit-ready equipment and EHMS training records

At least 1 year of invoice processing or Accounts Payable experience
1–2 years of Distribution or Facilities Management/Contractor Relationship experience preferred
Post-secondary education in Business Administration is an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong investigative and root-cause problem-solving skills
Interest in developing expertise in EHS and Quality Assurance standards and supporting site compliance
Strong knowledge of building maintenance and security
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Access, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to identify process-improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Ability to collaborate effectively while working with minimal supervision
Experience in Oracle, SAP, Ultrus is an asset
