About the role

  • Learning and Development Program Manager delivering blended learning, coaching, and assessment programs. Coordinating client partnerships, project logistics, and virtual and on-site delivery for CareerJoy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full delivery lifecycle from kickoff, setup, and participant onboarding through workshop execution, coaching streams, assessment debriefs, and structured follow-through
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client partnerships and conduct regular check-ins during and after engagements
  • Monitor delivery against client goals and synthesize outcome data, participant growth stories, and impact metrics for executive account reviews
  • Lead tailored initiatives from discovery to completion, coordinating requirements, content development, dependencies, risks, and handoffs
  • Build work-back schedules and coordinate materials, invitations, logistics, and delivery activities
  • Anticipate operational bottlenecks and resolve scheduling, technology, or participant issues
  • Administer assessment tools including EQ-i 2.0, DiSC, and 360 surveys
  • Coordinate assessment debriefs and guide participants through learning portals
  • Direct virtual and on-site workshop and coaching event production using Microsoft Teams and Zoom
  • Set up events, breakout rooms, facilitator preparation, and live technology troubleshooting
  • Capture and aggregate feedback from surveys, coach observations, and debriefs to improve content, workflows, and experiences
  • Maintain CRM and program records in HubSpot, PandaDoc, and project platforms
  • Enhance templates, quality controls, and Microsoft 365/Teams workflows using frontline insights
  • Guide facilitators, coaches, and support staff through collaborative coordination

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in program/project management, service delivery coordination, or event planning in professional services, corporate L&D, or leadership development
  • Experience delivering blended learning programs combining virtual/in-person workshops, coaching streams, and psychometric assessments
  • Ability to manage high-level project schedules and client progress meetings alongside tactical coordination during peak volumes
  • Proven ability to build and sustain high-trust relationships with HR leaders, corporate partners, and public sector executives
  • Proficiency with M365, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, HubSpot or equivalent CRM, Asana, and survey/assessment tools
  • Full professional fluency in English and French, written and spoken, preferred
  • Proximity to Ottawa preferred to support hybrid operations, local partner engagements, and occasional on-site workshops
