About the role
- Market Intelligence Analyst creating insights and reports for Alberta Blue Cross hybrid role. Researching market trends and collaborating on strategic planning with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Research market trends and the competitive landscape
- Create and present reports to identify trends through visualizations
- Support operational areas of group and individual health, dental, life and disability insurance
- Collaborate on industry-wide reporting and analysis
- Create dashboards and presentation decks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics and or Math
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated working knowledge of research methodology, data analysis, and project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of data management applications (SAS, SQL) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an asset
