Responsibilities
Research market trends and the competitive landscape
Create and present reports to identify trends through visualizations
Support operational areas of group and individual health, dental, life and disability insurance
Collaborate on industry-wide reporting and analysis
Create dashboards and presentation decks
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics and or Math
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated working knowledge of research methodology, data analysis, and project management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Knowledge of data management applications (SAS, SQL) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an asset
