About the role

  • Group Product Manager leading product managers and delivery for Caseware’s AI audit platform. Coordinating agents, evaluation tools, and AI workflow innovation at Canadian fintech Caseware.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team of product managers responsible for components of Caseware's AI Platform
  • Sequence overlapping product roadmaps into one coherent delivery plan
  • Drive execution of the AI Platform roadmap in partnership with the Principal Product Manager
  • Maintain knowledge of AI capabilities, agent patterns, model limitations, and emerging market solutions relevant to audit work
  • Assess and refine the AI product suite and identify automation opportunities in audit workflows
  • Coach the Principal Product Manager toward greater ownership of roadmap strategy
  • Foster process improvement and employee engagement across AI product, engineering, and applied science teams
  • Mentor team members and include relevant stakeholders, including audit practitioners, in decision-making
  • Partner with engineering and applied science to translate audit pain points into AI features, requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Engage strategic accounts and partner firms to understand AI usage, adoption drivers, and limitations
  • Track and manage KPIs and product metrics, including AI accuracy, adoption, and trust
  • Champion data-driven decision-making grounded in real audit practice
  • Define standards for practitioner credibility of AI outputs
  • Integrate practitioner and user research into product requirements, design, and development

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or managing other product managers
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams with overlapping dependencies
  • Ability to resolve conflicts between workstreams without personally owning each one
  • Comfortable operating as an orchestrator and multiplier rather than a sole roadmap owner
  • Experience with AI or ML-driven products strongly preferred
  • Technical fluency sufficient for substantive conversations with engineering and applied science
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to make sequencing and prioritization decisions under ambiguity
  • Comfortable declining or deferring work on behalf of the group's overall plan
