Project Coordinator supporting CBC/Radio-Canada’s public-service media technology delivery programs. Coordinating budgets, planning, Agile workstreams, reporting, risks, and delivery operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate components, projects, and programs of medium to large complexity and scale
Interact with delivery groups and stakeholders at individual contributor and management levels
Coordinate work, track progress, communicate status, and manage risks and issues
Support projects involving acquisition, customization, configuration, validation, integration, and transition of business application or infrastructure systems
Coordinate delivery across multiple streams using traditional and Agile methodologies
Support initiation and implementation of strategic projects in the Delivery Centre of Expertise
Maintain the initiative’s financial registry, update actuals and monthly forecasts, and identify variances or trends
Reconcile timesheets and manage corporate approval workflows for invoice processing
Consolidate project planning updates and status reporting cycles
Coordinate program-level workshops and major planning sessions
Document decisions, track action items, and maintain risk/issue registers
Report to the Director and work closely with Agile PMs, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and the Product Director on the Content Every Day product family
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training
Five (5) or more years of professional experience, including three (3) or more years in project management/coordination, business administration, or project support
Bilingual in English and French
Experience with document management, Google Suite, spreadsheet, and presentation packages
Knowledge of or experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and scheduling
Knowledge of traditional, hybrid, and Agile project management methodologies, including Agile at scale
Ability to work with people across personalities, cultures, and hierarchical levels
Ability to handle simultaneous workstreams
