- Senior Project Manager leading complex IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and transformation engagements. Delivering technology solutions for CDW’s business, government, education, and healthcare customers.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage medium-to-large-sized, complex client engagements
- Lead all aspects of service delivery from inception to completion
- Deploy mainstream and emerging technologies across hybrid infrastructure, cybersecurity, cyber risk, and business transformation projects
- Develop and execute project communication plans
- Establish, monitor, control, adjust, and communicate project tasks and schedules
- Ensure scope is delivered fully and with quality throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project profitability and monitor, control, interpret, and communicate project budgets
- Identify, document, track, and communicate project risks and issues, leading resolution
- Lead and facilitate internal and external meetings
- Assist with RFP and proposal responses for hardware, software, and services
- Assist with pre-sales initiatives as required
- Partner with SMEs, Solution Architects, Sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or computer science
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent industry-recognized credential, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Over eight (8) years of progressive experience in IT Program/Project Management and/or IT services management
- Minimum four (4) years managing Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Security Projects/Programs
- Proficiency with MSFT Suite and O365, Salesforce, Certinia, or other PSA software
- Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients' needs
- Relevant experience working as an Enterprise IT consultant for an OEM or VAR
