• Lead the design and execution of core global trade compliance programs
• Design, maintain, and evolve global trade compliance policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Build and deploy enterprise-wide training programs
• Lead cross-functional programs in partnership with Global Trade, Legal, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders
• Drive program and project management initiatives
• Partner with IT and Global Trade stakeholders to enhance import/export data flows
• Drive continuous improvement through KPIs, internal risk assessments, and corrective action plans
