About the role

  • Fullstack Engineer developing physician-facing and patient-facing features for healthcare platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, test, and maintain features in physician-facing Web applications.
  • Work in collaboration with the product designer to create a delightful user experience.
  • Write secure, HIPAA-compliant software that patients and clinicians can trust.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to hiring, culture, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the engineering culture and hiring.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a Fullstack Engineer with a lean towards platform/back-end work.
  • 2+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Excellent knowledge of GraphQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js.
  • Good eye for design and ability to make product decisions.
  • Ability to take ownership and mentor other engineers.
  • Must reside in a Canadian province within the Atlantic or Eastern time zones.
