About the role

  • Growth Director leading market development, capability innovation, and portfolio growth strategy at CLEAResult. Guiding energy-efficiency solutions, partnerships, budgets, and executive priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead capability innovation and management alongside portfolio-level growth strategy
  • Translate enterprise objectives into direction for solutions
  • Lead teams and manage one or more workstreams
  • Manage subject matter expertise and thought leadership across multiple topic areas and capabilities
  • Manage team costs, cross-charging, and budget
  • Own broader team goals and report goal metrics
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide growth strategy and align with long-term company objectives and market positioning
  • Influence executive investment priorities and strategic direction
  • Direct resources toward the highest-impact opportunities and ensure team outcomes
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with external stakeholders
  • Deliver client or partner presentations with little preparation and no guidance
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and accountability
  • Represent the organization's strategic agenda in industry forums and events

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver programs, or deliver energy and environmental consulting and management to clients
  • Demonstrated leadership in energy program design
  • Expertise working with utilities directly in regulated energy markets
  • Strong business acumen and ability to present team results and goal attainment to senior leadership
  • Knowledge of capabilities required to deliver contracted work, with capacity to add value as a SME
  • Demonstrated leadership in crafting narratives in pursuit of growth project goals
  • Industry presence and ability to present comfortably as a thought leader to internal and external stakeholders
  • If applicable, meet all qualification, licensing, medical, and compliance requirements for commercial drivers under applicable provincial and territorial laws, the Canadian National Safety Code (NSC), and federal regulations for extra-provincial operations
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship or support
  • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
