About the role

  • Growth Director leading market development, energy-program expertise, and portfolio growth strategy at CLEAResult. Influencing executive priorities, partnerships, budgets, and team outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead capability innovation and management alongside portfolio-level growth strategy
  • Translate enterprise objectives into direction for solutions
  • Lead teams, with direct reports and one or more workstreams
  • Manage subject-matter expertise and thought leadership across multiple topic areas and capabilities
  • Oversee market development, solution development, solution design, and implementation planning
  • Manage team budgets, including team costs and cross-charging
  • Own broader team goals and report goal metrics
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide growth strategy and alignment with long-term company objectives and market positioning
  • Influence executive investment priorities and strategic direction
  • Direct resources toward the highest-impact opportunities
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with external stakeholders
  • Deliver client or partner presentations with little preparation and no guidance
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and accountability
  • Represent the organization's strategic agenda in industry forums and events

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver programs, or deliver energy and environmental consulting and management to clients
  • Demonstrated leadership in energy program design
  • Expertise working with utilities directly in regulated energy markets
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to present team results and goal attainment to senior leadership
  • Knowledge of capabilities required to deliver contracted work
  • Capacity to add value as a subject-matter expert
  • Demonstrated leadership in crafting narratives in pursuit of growth project goals
  • Industry presence and ability to present comfortably as a thought leader to internal and external stakeholders
  • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
