About the role

  • Program Analyst coordinating logistics, data analysis, and administration for CLEAResult’s energy-efficiency programs. Supporting utility and community clients across Eastern Canada and Ontario.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery and administration of energy efficiency programs
  • Manage product logistics, including ordering, shipping, inventory, and supplier coordination
  • Track program data, perform calculations, and develop reports to support program objectives
  • Process invoices, maintain documentation, and provide administrative support
  • Work with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure program success
  • Conduct research and support new program initiatives and funding opportunities
  • Adapt to evolving priorities and contribute to continuous process improvements
  • Travel occasionally for community visits, meetings, or training opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, energy efficiency, analytics, administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must
  • Post-secondary education in business, sustainability, environmental studies, energy management, a technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing data, reporting, logistics, contractors, suppliers, or program delivery activities
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in energy efficiency, utilities, sustainability, or a related industry is an asset
  • Knowledge of Newfoundland and Labrador's energy landscape is an asset
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities or Indigenous-led initiatives is a strong asset
  • Collaborative, flexible mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship or support
  • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
  • If applicable, meet all qualification, licensing, medical, and compliance requirements for commercial drivers under applicable provincial and territorial laws, the Canadian National Safety Code (NSC), and federal regulations for extra-provincial operations
