About the role

  • Content Specialist producing enterprise marketing assets for Clio’s legal AI platform. Managing content calendars, campaigns, social publishing, and performance insights across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Produce first drafts across blog posts, social content, email copy, one-pagers, landing pages, webinar abstracts, and campaign assets
  • Write short-form video scripts for social videos, product explainers, and thought leadership formats
  • Adapt tone and format for enterprise audiences, channels, and buyer stages
  • Use AI tools to accelerate drafts and revise output to reflect Clio’s voice
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback and support the Content Strategist with research, outlines, and supporting content
  • Manage the Enterprise content calendar in Asana and Sprout Social
  • Maintain content workflows, flag bottlenecks and capacity issues, and keep deadlines visible
  • Schedule and publish social content, ensuring correct formatting, tagging, and timing
  • Coordinate freelancers and external contributors, including briefing, deliverable tracking, and timelines
  • Support integrated campaign execution across web, email, social, and paid channels
  • Assist with ABM programs by adapting and personalizing content for priority accounts and enterprise segments
  • Ensure published content is accurate, on-brand, and consistent across channels
  • Gather business insights from Sales, Legal Architects, Customer Success, and market trends
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and surface relevant insights to senior content leaders
  • Support performance reporting by pulling data, tracking KPIs, and flagging items for investigation
  • Edit and proofread work to a high standard
  • Apply SEO, conversion, and buyer journey best practices
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and consistency in voice, tone, and messaging

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, legal technology, or a legal environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills across multiple content formats
  • Hands-on experience managing a content calendar and coordinating content workflows
  • Proficiency with Sprout Social and Asana, or equivalent tools
  • Curiosity and proactive identification of insights and content opportunities
  • Ability to work with limited information and iterate quickly
  • Willingness to learn Clio’s product and understand enterprise customer use cases
  • Strong brand instincts and ability to revise AI-generated content to match Clio’s voice
  • Required proficiency with AI writing and research tools, including Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT
  • Ability to provide live, practical examples of day-to-day use of AI tools
  • Portfolio or examples of produced content across different formats
