About the role

  • Relationship Manager managing corporate client portfolios for Computershare’s shareholder and transfer agency services. Coordinating client solutions, operational delivery, and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned book of business and a diverse portfolio of publicly traded and private-company clients
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, addressing client needs and supporting strategic planning
  • Conduct business reviews and coordinate major client activities and services
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely communication and follow-up
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and regulatory changes, and provide strategic guidance to clients
  • Maintain accurate records, monitor revenue, support invoicing and collections, manage risk, participate in training, and complete assigned responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and operational teams on contract renewals, service improvements, account planning, product opportunities, and client feedback initiatives
  • Identify and coordinate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with the Sales team
  • Build and leverage professional networks and attend industry events to enhance Computershare’s market presence

Requirements

  • University / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Relationship, Account, or Project Management experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Solid PC skills, including proficiency with MS Excel and Access
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and time-sensitive environment
  • Customer service experience, including actively listening, eliciting information, understanding customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Proven leadership skills
