About the role
- Career Success Coach supporting approximately 50 learners in Correlation One’s AI and data workforce training programs. Providing remote coaching, job-search tracking, and resume and LinkedIn feedback.
Responsibilities
- Support learners in Correlation One’s data training and jobs programs
- Provide professional development coaching support to a cohort of approximately 50 learners
- Work alongside Teaching Assistants and Correlation One program operations staff
- Conduct 1:1 coaching meetings and offer 4–6 hours of office-hour availability per week, up to 8 hours weekly
- Share weekly asynchronous updates with the professional development team
- Participate in bi-weekly pod meetings for check-ins, program-priority updates, and coach collaboration
- Track notes from 1:1 coaching meetings related to learner job-search progress
- Update each learner’s job-search status monthly
- Reply to Slack and email communications within 24 hours
- Provide resume and LinkedIn profile feedback using standardized rubrics
- Review resume draft, LinkedIn profile, and final resume exercises
Requirements
- Located in the United States or Canada
- Existing Career Success Coach
- Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in career development or coaching, professional counseling, or related program management focused on job seekers
- Outstanding, executive-ready written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience developing trusting relationships and effective guidance to adult learners and/or job seekers
- Experience delivering career coaching in an entirely remote format
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Proactive problem-solving, high attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly
- High level of technical proficiency and comfort adapting to new tools and technologies
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
- Availability for Amazon Data Center Technician 11 program dates: January 11–April 30, 2027, with the contract beginning one week before the program start date
