Build and manage your own client pipeline
Help clients build their potential and create lasting change

Use current research, personal-development techniques, AI learning techniques, and business systems
Continue learning through ongoing training and mentoring

6 or more years of HR, Talent Sourcing, Team Leadership, Coaching, or Executive-level experience preferred
Professionalism, openness, humility, and desire to lead
Ability to thrive independently, take initiative, and drive solutions
