About the role
- QA Analyst testing Creator.co’s influencer marketing platform across web and mobile. Applying AI tools to manual testing, bug reporting, and emerging test automation.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of new and existing features across web and mobile platforms
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and bug reports
- Use AI tools to generate test cases, identify edge cases, and improve bug documentation
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues
- Test workflows and permissions for Influencer, Brand, and Admin user types
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups
- Learn and contribute to the Cypress-based test automation framework
- Champion quality from early design reviews through post-release monitoring
Requirements
- 3–6 years of manual QA experience, preferably in SaaS or web applications
- Strong bug documentation skills, including reproduction steps, severity levels, and screenshots
- Experience using AI tools beyond basic chat interfaces, including IDE integrations, API workflows, custom prompts, or automation scripts
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Linear, or GitHub Issues
- Familiarity with back-end database testing
- Some familiarity with AWS
- Comfortable using browser DevTools for debugging
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Curiosity about user experience and different user workflows
- Nice to have: experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium
- Nice to have: API testing experience with Postman or REST
- Nice to have: experience testing multi-role permission systems
- Nice to have: experience with AI-assisted development workflows
- Nice to have: experience QAing AI/ML systems, including MCP servers, RAG pipelines, or LLM integrations
- Nice to have: experience testing mobile-responsive web applications
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and understanding of social media and the creator economy
