About the role

  • Admissions Associate qualifying inbound families and booking consultations for Crimson Global Academy, a live online school. Managing Salesforce leads across US, Canada, Mexico, and LATAM.

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth of Crimson Global Academy across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and LATAM
  • Call and engage new leads to qualify them for the admissions team
  • Enter and manage lead data accurately in Salesforce
  • Update lead records and track progress through each stage of the sales pipeline
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive, professional relationships with prospective families
  • Continuously sharpen sales techniques and processes while deepening industry knowledge
  • Share insights and trends with Marketing and Admissions Officers
  • Contact all leads within 1 hour during work hours and within 24 hours outside them
  • Update Salesforce with accurate notes and stage progress in the same timeframe
  • Qualify families using guiding questions
  • Book initial consultations with qualified families and ensure attendance or reschedule when necessary
  • Report weekly on calls made, consultations booked, turn-up rate, and sales closed

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in sales, with a strong track record
  • Experience in education or professional services (e.g. marketing agency, financial services, management consulting, hospitality)
  • Confidence using CRM (Salesforce) and multiple platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of US, UK, and/or EU university admissions standards and the application process
  • Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Professionalism, strong time and stress management, confidence, and a positive attitude including patience, empathy, and a willingness to learn and go the extra mile
  • Must thrive in a Mon–Fri, 10am–8pm Pacific Time schedule
