About the role
- Senior Product Designer shaping Hub, Daloopa’s AI-powered workspace for institutional research analysts. Designing dense financial-data workflows across web, Excel, agent, and admin surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for complex, high-impact product areas from problem framing through shipped experience
- Partner with Product Managers and engineers to shape roadmaps and define product vision using evidence-based design
- Translate business goals, customer insights, and technical constraints into simple user experiences
- Design information architecture for dense financial and configuration data
- Design interaction patterns for AI-assisted workflows, command-based search, and handoffs across web, Excel, and agent surfaces
- Conduct strategic research with institutional investors and internal users
- Set UX and visual quality standards across product areas
- Contribute to Daloopa’s design system and reusable patterns
- Rapidly prototype 0-to-1 concepts to validate ideas before engineering investment
- Own multiple parallel projects within a single product team
- Provide clarity in ambiguous problem and solution spaces
- Lead product design for Hub, Daloopa’s web workspace for institutional research analysts
- Contribute design work to DiamondGate, the internal provisioning platform
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of product design experience
- Significant experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS
- Portfolio demonstrating strong information architecture and problem solving in data-dense domains such as fintech, analytics, developer tools, or admin platforms
- Experience shipping high-quality design for complex workflows
- Experience designing configuration, settings, or admin experiences where error prevention and scale matter
- Strategic thinking and ability to connect design decisions to business objectives
- Knowledge of design thinking and user-centered methodologies
- Clear communication and ability to justify design decisions with rationale
- Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows
- Experience with AI-assisted design and coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex
- Domain exposure to financial services, capital markets, or tools built for financial analysts
- Experience designing for AI agents, LLM-powered products, or command-based interfaces
- Experience designing across multiple connected surfaces: web, plugin or add-in, and agent
- Portfolio project demonstrating the ability to turn dense, complex data into something navigable
- Experience designing systems for both customer-facing and admin sides of the same feature
