About the role

Responsibilities
- Build the measurement architecture, behavioral models, and causal infrastructure.
- Develop automated analytics workflows with defined guardrails.
- Push back on attribution and determine what is worth measuring.
- Design AI analytics systems with rigor and evaluate generated insights.
Requirements
- Deep fluency in Python and SQL.
- Proven experience building and evaluating predictive models in production-like settings.
- Applied causal inference (A/B testing, matching/propensity, diff-in-diff, regression discontinuity).
- Experience in a regulated industry (financial services, healthcare, or equivalent).
