About the role
- Desjardins project delivery manager coordinating application and technology delivery for complex projects. Managing contributors, budgets, timelines, risks, testing, and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Direct material, time, IT and human resources on cross-sector projects to meet objectives on time and on budget
- Analyze project feasibility and opportunities
- Develop action plans and define milestones
- Coordinate project teams and contributors delivering application and technology components
- Supervise contributors and ensure team performance and quality control
- Ensure timelines, budgets, agreements and priorities are respected
- Ensure availability of technology platforms and application-layer infrastructure platforms
- Plan, prioritize and coordinate work
- Ensure quality of deliverables and contributor performance and engagement
- Analyze risks and impacts and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage change requests, solution testing and implementation strategy with the project leader
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- PMP, SAFe, PSM, PSPO, or CSM certification
- Knowledge of French is required
