Responsibilities
- Direct material, time, IT and human resources on cross-sector projects to meet objectives on time and on budget
- Analyze project feasibility and opportunities
- Develop action plans and define milestones
- Coordinate project teams and supervise contributors delivering application and technology components
- Ensure timelines, budgets, deliverable quality, team performance and contributor engagement
- Plan deliverables and estimate project costs
- Identify project-specific standards, methods and procedures
- Coordinate deliverables and ensure business objectives, priorities, agreements, budgets and timelines are respected
- Ensure availability of the application layer of infrastructure platforms
- Analyze risks and impacts and develop mitigation strategies
- Work with the project leader to manage change requests, solution testing and application-component strategies
- Interact with stakeholders, teams and clients across fields and serve as a resource person
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
