About the role
- Project delivery manager coordinating application and technology components for Desjardins’ complex projects. Managing budgets, timelines, risks, testing and cross-functional contributors.
Responsibilities
- Direct material, time, IT and human resources on cross-sector projects to meet objectives on time and on budget
- Analyze project feasibility and opportunities
- Develop action plans and define milestones
- Coordinate project teams and supervise contributors delivering application and technology components
- Ensure timelines, budgets, deliverable quality and contributor performance are respected
- Ensure availability of technology platforms needed to deliver projects and operate solutions after delivery
- Plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet objectives
- Plan application and technology component deliverables and estimate project costs
- Establish project-specific standards, methods and procedures
- Coordinate deliverables and ensure agreements, budgets, timelines and priorities are aligned
- Analyze risks and impacts and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage change requests, solution testing and implementation strategy with the project leader
- Ensure availability of the application layer of infrastructure platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
