About the role
- Programmer analyst developing, deploying, and maintaining Desjardins software, systems, and infrastructure. Analyzing complex IT solutions, optimizing operations, and resolving major incidents.
Responsibilities
- Develop complex execution strategies, and analyze, design and document business products and solutions
- Analyze and develop software products by designing, coding, automating, and running tests while applying development, data, and security best practices
- Write procedures, guidelines, and development methods
- Help develop documentation for training peers and users
- Cocreate with business partners and architects to standardize solutions
- Identify system optimization opportunities while considering potential impacts
- Analyze, diagnose, follow up on, and resolve highly complex operational and conceptual problems during major incidents

- Lead in-house application deployment
- Analyze client and partner requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate work to meet schedules and objectives

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
