About the role

  • Desjardins Real Estate Account Manager developing client relationships and services for commercial renovations. Driving sales, advising clients, and negotiating integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for, solicit and build lasting business relationships with members and clients
  • Sell products and services and provide services that meet clients’ needs in accordance with current strategies and practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members, clients, businesses, associations and groups
  • Support the unit in meeting sales and business development objectives
  • Manage accounts with average development potential for the sector
  • Advise and assist members and clients
  • Represent Desjardins and enter the organization into agreements with clients
  • Establish and negotiate terms and conditions for products and services
  • Solicit, develop and maintain personalized business relationships to promote products and services
  • Identify and analyze needs ahead of and during commercial renovations and new builds involving one or two trades
  • Develop personalized solutions and prepare integrated service offers
  • Select the best entrepreneur based on client satisfaction, profitability and risk
  • Negotiate terms and conditions
  • Provide advisory support through all project phases
  • Build, maintain and develop a client network

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Ability to solicit, develop and maintain personalized business relationships with clients
  • Ability to identify and analyze client needs for commercial renovations and new builds involving one or two different trades
  • Ability to develop personalized solutions and prepare integrated service offers
  • Ability to select entrepreneurs while balancing member/client satisfaction, profitability and risk
  • Ability to negotiate terms and conditions
  • Ability to provide advisory support throughout all project phases
