About the role

  • Property management and safety advisor handling fire prevention and building safety in hybrid role. Collaborating with clients on property management and safety initiatives with a focus on analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with property management support and advice
  • Analyze and diagnose impacts on client activities and operations
  • Recommend solutions in accordance with standards and policies
  • Negotiate, prepare and draft complex, moderate-value leases while minimizing transaction costs
  • Help develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support your unit’s strategic projects and initiatives
  • Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports
  • Help develop budgets and schedules for medium-scale projects and monitor them closely

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
