Responsibilities
- Promote the organization’s projects, policies and programs by designing and developing communications
- Share communications within Desjardins Group and with its members and clients
- Establish and promote the organization’s online brand image
- Create, manage and update social and digital media communications
- Serve as social media community manager
- Advise and assist clients and partners on graphic design, print and social media matters
- Recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs
- Prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on organizational objectives and priorities
- Diagnose issues, challenges and needs related to graphic design, advertising and communications
- Develop and help implement objectives, service offers, specifications, submissions, solutions and action plans
- Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports
- Coordinate with stakeholders working in other fields
- Help solve complex problems using analytical skills and communications expertise
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Advanced proficiency in French communication, both oral and written
- Graphic design, advertising and communications knowledge
- Analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business
- Interpersonal savvy and effective communication skills
