• Using their expertise in the food processing sector, the incumbent helps ensure compliance and the quality of food safety practices at client companies by conducting audits and supporting certification programs (SQF, HACCP and Costco).
• Manages the administrative and technical aspects of all assigned files and collaborates in the auditor qualification process and the management of service contracts.

• The Senior Operational Security Advisor is responsible for the operational defense of Investissement Québec’s information assets.
• They are responsible for threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, oversight of the Security Operations Center (SOC), and the security of AI usage.
• They serve as the subject-matter expert to qualify, contain and remediate incidents and to maintain the organization’s defensive posture.
• They contribute to standards and procedures governing monitoring, detection and response, and leverage AI capabilities to strengthen these activities.
• Take charge of managing security incidents according to the established process (identification, containment, eradication and recovery), in coordination with the SOC.
• Oversee the Security Operations Center and validate the quality of alerts, escalations and deliverables.
• Operate and evolve detection and response platforms, including Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR).
• Design and maintain detection rules and monitoring use cases, including threats specific to AI (prompt injection, exfiltration via AI), and reduce false positives.

• Perform administrative-level tasks related to managing and tracking funding requests and other duties necessary for the proper operation of the office.
• Collect, compile and enter various information required to prepare documents for files handled by professionals.
• Verify that all required documents have been provided, ensure data accuracy, send acknowledgement letters for received requests to the appropriate parties, and, when necessary, obtain missing information and documents by conducting the required research.
• Responsible for requesting information such as Equifax credit reports, civil and criminal dockets, land registry records and RDPRM entries, etc.
• Follow up on files by: communicating with companies to obtain documents necessary for appropriate file monitoring; updating computerized files with minor corrections based on reported changes or contacting the relevant parties.
• Responsible for drafting final legal documents (offer letters, surety agreements, amendment letters, etc.).
• Responsible for preparing documents required to secure collateral.
• Responsible for accurately entering bank balances prior to invoicing guarantee fees.
• Complete, as needed, various forms, analysis reports, tables, memos or other types of correspondence.
