Data analyst collecting, interpreting, and reporting business data for Desjardins, a financial cooperative. Improving data tools and supporting stakeholder decision-making.

Responsibilities

Collect, process, analyze and use data from different channels
Extract, describe, analyze and interpret data needed to make informed business decisions
Clarify needs, analyze and use data, and generate reports for teams' operations
Contribute to business projects and initiatives using data from databases
Provide data use guidance and support to stakeholders
Interact with stakeholders in other fields to identify needs and present analysis results
Identify, analyze and document users' data needs and help operationalize solutions
Use database management systems to generate and update reports
Identify opportunities to improve work methods and develop data management tools
Advise on selecting, implementing and using data management tools
Identify, prepare, describe, interpret and validate data needed for analyses
Make suitable recommendations to support decision-making

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
