About the role
- Project delivery manager coordinating application and technology components of large-scale Desjardins projects. Managing budgets, timelines, risks, testing and cross-functional teams in Lévis.
Responsibilities
- Direct material, time, IT and human resources on cross-sector projects to meet objectives on time and on budget
- Analyze project feasibility and opportunities
- Develop action plans and define milestones
- Supervise and coordinate contributors delivering application and technology components of innovative, large-scale projects
- Ensure timelines, budgets, technology-platform availability and deliverable quality
- Plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet objectives
- Ensure contributor performance and engagement
- Interact with stakeholders across multiple fields
- Serve as specialist and lead teams and decision-making bodies
- Plan deliverables and estimate project costs
- Identify project-specific standards, methods and procedures
- Analyze risks and impacts and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage change requests, solution testing and implementation strategy with the project leader
- Ensure availability of the application layer of infrastructure platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
