About the role

  • Desjardins project delivery manager coordinating application and technology delivery for complex projects. Hybrid role based in Lévis or Montréal, managing budgets, risks, teams, and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Direct material, time, IT and human resources on cross-sector projects to meet objectives on time and on budget
  • Analyze project feasibility and opportunities, develop action plans, define milestones and coordinate project teams
  • Supervise and coordinate contributors involved in delivering the application and technology component of one or more innovative, large-scale projects
  • Ensure timelines and budgets are respected
  • Ensure availability of technology platforms needed to deliver projects and operate solutions after delivery
  • Plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet objectives
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and the performance and engagement of contributors
  • Serve as specialist and lead teams and decision-making bodies
  • Plan deliverables and estimate project costs for application and technology components
  • Identify project-specific standards, methods and procedures
  • Coordinate deliverables and ensure agreements, budgets, timelines, performance and priorities are aligned
  • Analyze risks and impacts and develop mitigation strategies
  • Manage change requests, solution testing and implementation strategy with the project leader
  • Ensure availability of the application layer of infrastructure platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
