Responsibilities
- Direct material, time, IT and human resources on cross-sector projects to meet objectives on time and on budget
- Analyze project feasibility and opportunities, develop action plans, define milestones and coordinate project teams
- Supervise and coordinate contributors delivering the application and technology component of innovative, large-scale projects
- Ensure timelines, budgets, agreements, quality of deliverables and contributor performance are respected
- Ensure availability of technology platforms needed to deliver projects and operate solutions after delivery
- Plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet objectives
- Serve as specialist and lead teams and decision-making bodies
- Plan deliverables for the application and technology component
- Estimate project costs, considering issues, complexity, practitioners and tie-ins with other projects
- Coordinate deliverables and ensure performance aligns with priorities
- Analyze risks and impacts and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage change requests, solution testing and implementation strategy with the project leader
- Ensure availability of the application layer of infrastructure platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Extensive knowledge of the specialty area
- Ability to analyze complex projects and understand organizational and business-line context
- Interpersonal savvy and strong coordination skills
- Ability to lead teams and decision-making bodies
