About the role
- Desjardins project delivery manager coordinating large-scale application and technology projects. Managing budgets, timelines, risks, contributors, and technology deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Direct material, time, IT and human resources on cross-sector projects to meet objectives on time and on budget
- Analyze project feasibility and opportunities, develop action plans, define milestones and coordinate project teams
- Supervise and coordinate contributors involved in the application and technology component of innovative, large-scale projects involving multiple sectors
- Ensure timelines, budgets, quality of deliverables, performance and engagement of contributors are respected
- Plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet objectives
- Lead, influence and serve as expert to teams, senior management and decision-making bodies
- Plan deliverables and estimate project costs for the application and technology component
- Identify project-specific standards, methods and procedures
- Coordinate deliverables and ensure agreements, budgets and timelines are respected
- Analyze risks and impacts and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage change requests, solution testing and strategies with the project leader
- Ensure availability of the application layer of infrastructure platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- PMP Certification
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
