About the role

  • Financial security advisor managing relationships and selling life and health insurance products. Analyzing client needs and providing personalized insurance solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Help serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients
  • Help sell life and health insurance products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices
  • Analyze member/client needs and develop personalized solutions
  • Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures
  • Support current and potential members and clients
  • Represent the organization and help negotiate agreements with clients

Requirements

  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Certificate of Representative in Personal Insurance – Autorité des marchés financiers
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Must have a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
