About the role
- Financial security advisor at Desjardins serving clients and selling life and health insurance products. Developing business relationships and ensuring client satisfaction while working in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Help serve, prospect for, solicit, develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients
- Sell life and health insurance products and services through multiple distribution channels
- Assess customer satisfaction and service quality, follow up and make improvements as needed
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
- Assist in targeting and analyzing potential member/client files
- Monitor the industry to identify business development opportunities and stay informed about new products and trends
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Damage insurance representative certificate (AMF)
- Proficiency in French is required
- Available to travel to the service centers of the Caisse Desjardins de l’Ouest de la Mauricie and to Trois‑Rivières and surrounding areas
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Available to work Monday to Friday, including two evenings
