Responsibilities
- Support advisors in service delivery and the maintenance of business relationships
- Offer simple and fast solutions for investments, financing, and protection aligned with established strategies
- Handle requests from members and clients by taking the necessary steps and conducting the required research
- Help with agenda and email management
- Support members and clients with the selection and optimal use of various tools and alternate channels to promote self-service and automation
- Seize business opportunities and participate in sales development through various initiatives
Requirements
- Attestation of Collegial Studies
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French is required
