About the role
- IT Platform Administrator supporting development teams on data de-identification projects at Desjardins Group. Configuration and maintenance of data protection applications within a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out data protection services
- Configure the various components of the de-identification tool and provide support for installing, configuring and maintaining the data protection application platform
- Participate in rollouts and release activities
- Operate, monitor and take action to ensure stable service for the platform by using advanced web and network analysis tools
- Analyze, diagnose and resolve operational issues in collaboration with the development and infrastructure teams
- Keep inventories, technical documentation and operating procedures up to date
- Help automate recurring tasks PKI processes and continually improve processes
- Produce indicators, statistics and operational reports
- Help developers execute commands and find solutions when there are production issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in platform administration
- Knowledge of French is required
- Knowledge of continuous delivery products: GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Concourse CI, Vault
- Knowledge of Windows environments, managed file transfers, and relational databases
- Knowledge of the web environment (HTTP protocol, web servers, reverse gateways, web services, etc.)
- Knowledge of monitoring, alert and logging tools: Dynatrace, Splunk, ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Agile environments: Jira, Confluence
- Knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, DB2 (Toad), and ETL
- Occasional availability required to take part in rollout activities outside of normal working hours, particularly in the evening or during the night, depending on operational needs
