About the role
- Desjardins programmer analyst developing, maintaining, and supporting systems and infrastructure software. Designing standardized IT solutions and resolving complex operational issues.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, configure, develop, maintain and upgrade software products according to organizational requirements
- Develop, standardize and roll out medium- to large-scale IT systems, programs and applications
- Analyze client and partner requirements and influence decisions on appropriate IT solutions
- Plan, prioritize and coordinate work to stay on schedule and meet objectives
- Develop execution strategies and software products, including design, coding, and automated run tests
- Apply development, data and security best practices
- Document technical solutions and practices for product sustainability and training
- Provide technical support for IT operations and resolve critical and complex system issues
- Cocreate standardized solutions with business partners and architects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
