About the role

Responsibilities
- Advise teams on using technology to develop business solutions and help them make changes in order to improve delivery velocity
- Develop highly complex execution strategies, analyze, design and document business products and solutions
- Analyze and develop software products by designing, coding, automating and running tests while applying development, data and security best practices
- Establish and draft development methods and design patterns, procedures and IT choices
- Lead documentation writing teams preparing and delivering training to peers and users
- Co-create with business partners and architects to understand business intentions and objectives and standardize solutions accordingly
- Identify system optimization opportunities while considering possible impacts
- Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve highly complex operational and conceptual problems during major incidents
- Represent teams in dealings with executive management, partners and outside organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
